DESCRIPTIVE TEXT 3 : PHYSICAL HEALTH AT SCHOOL

Sports lessons at school are one of the most important lessons to train physical strength. Every week students are required to attend sports lessons, usually led by a teacher who teaches sports. The existence of sports learning can make students more active in doing sportive activities both physically and spiritually.
Description 1:
The field at SMK N 4 Semarang is busy being used by students during sports lessons. There are many sports that are practiced, ranging from rhythmic gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, and badminton. At SMK N 4, there are several fields that allow for sports, some of which are badminton courts, basketball courts, and the main field. In one day, students who exercise are not only one class but can be three to four classes.
Description 2:
If you look at the field, it is always crowded during sports subjects. All students do their respective activities happily, tenth grade students who are assessing rhythmic gymnastics with music that is so loud. While the eleventh-grade students are doing volleyball in the main field. They are all compact and active in doing these activities to create a pleasant atmosphere.
Description 3:
Sports learning in the first semester is always assisted by PPL or alumni or non-alumni who are doing internships or field experience practices at school. Sports become more exciting and fun because of the help of PPL. Sharing experiences with PPL is very exciting and even joking with each other like best friends. This is one of the encouragements for students to do sports activities with enthusiasm and correctly when doing it so that it is also beneficial for the body.
Conclusion:
Exercise is not just about warming up and cooling down. This activity aims to shape the active role of students in doing sports activities and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, as students we must follow the rules given by the teacher when exercising and we must do so in order to avoid injury or other unwanted things.
